In short:
1. Don’t ask a question, unless you really care about the answer
2. Don’t lead the user
3. Keep it short and easy to exit
4. Make it entertaining
5. Change around the format of your survey

We can’t stress point 3 enough… keep the survey as short as possible (but of course long enough to obtain the answers you need).

You may have noticed a few new changes to your online surveys account this morning (If you’ve already had your coffee)…

1. We’ve now teamed up with cleverbridge to process your orders. This allows us to offer many more payment options, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Paypal, Wire Transfer, Check, Money Order or Cash.

2. We’ve also added two new annual account to GroupSurveys.

– GroupSurveys Business Annual – Price 149.95 US [16% discount]

– GroupSurveys Unlimited Annual – Price 999.95 US [16% discount]

3. We’ve also made some minor changes to the layout .. we’ve removed the extra “welcome page” and moved the credits box to the left menu panel where it can always be seen. (Should make it a little easier to navigate).

4. We also added in some Ajax into the system, which now allows you to make some changes such as editing folder & pages names much quicker.

We’re still receiving great feedback from you guys on how to improve the system and we’ll be rolling out as many of the new features as soon as we can over the next few weeks.
