GroupSurveys Offers Online Surveys with No Limits, No Charges

Previously, GroupSurveys basic account holders were limited to just 100 survey responses per month. Now however, users can create an unlimited number of surveys, ask an unlimited number of questions and collect an unlimited number of responses each month, for no cost.
The accounts will also support real-time response tracking, multi-language survey creation, custom survey styles to match your website design, multiple question types, conditional branching or skip logic, a custom finish page, custom logo use, .pdf and .csv export of reports, client access to reports via a link and customer support.

Before sending your survey, it is always a good idea to check your answers before sending to your audience…
1. to ensure that the survey makes sense
and
2. the responses you receive are what you require
(Yeah, this may seem obvious, but often overlooked!)
So, add your questions to your survey, then do a quick run through of the survey yourself and check the reports to see if the answers are what you need!
Bestselling author and marketing guru Seth Godin, provides five great tips to conducting better online surveys here.
In short:
1. Don’t ask a question, unless you really care about the answer
2. Don’t lead the user
3. Keep it short and easy to exit
4. Make it entertaining
5. Change around the format of your survey
We can’t stress point 3 enough… keep the survey as short as possible (but of course long enough to obtain the answers you need).

As we’ve discussed in the past, with GroupSurveys you can now create your online survey in any language.
Some of our customers/friends helped us translate the survey titles, buttons, messages etc. into different languages, which were then made available to our all our customers – the languages included French, German, Spanish, Polish, Italian etc.. (Full list here)
Now, thanks to Dimitrios Melachroinos & Cristian Carstoiu we’ve just added Greek and Romanian to this list.

We’ve added a great new feature to GroupSurveys which now allows you to customize the look and feel of your online survey without any html experience.
To get started, open your survey (or start a new survey) and then click on the “Style” tab where you’ll now see a new option called “Template Builder”.
Here, you can now add a template title, a logo (if you wish), choose a font, choose a font size, pick a colour scheme and even preview how the survey will look.
In addition, once you choose a new color scheme, you can alter it even further by clicking on the color box and choosing a new color [See image below].
Remember: Advanced users can still add custom HTML & CSS by going to the “Advanced Template”.

One of the most difficult aspects of conducting any survey, is considering what questions you should ask your audience. You really need to consider what information you want to get from the survey and then tailor your questions to extract this information.
However, over the next few weeks we plan to run a series of posts suggesting sample questions that you might want to ask if conducting a particular survey, such as a customer satisfaction survey, product satisfaction survey, employee satisfaction survey etc. It’s not an exhaustive list, but it may help you get started.
