Export Responses in any Language

Hi GroupSurveys users.

You’ll be happy to know that our developers have created a new export function, so when you export your GroupSurveys responses, the encoding will be correct and you will see that the .csv file contains the data in the language you created the Survey in.

Why not login now and export one of you GroupSurveys Respondent Reports!

Ok, so we haven’t actually been away anywhere.. but we haven’t posted here in a while…

Fix: As some of you may know, there was an issue when moving questions up/down on a survey.. sometimes when you moved a question down one position, it would jump down two places etc. well this is now fixed and it should run a lot smoother from now on.

We’re also working on some of the other common issues – such as foreign characters not been displayed correctly and we should have a fix for this within the next few weeks.

We also plan to add new features over the coming months – so if you have any suggestions/requests.. now is a good time to get in touch with us at sales@group-surveys.com.

Exported Data Notice

It would appear that our data export services has not been performing correctly over the past few days, and some of your exports may not have been delivered. We have fixed this bug now and exports should work as normal. Please let us know if you have any trouble with this feature again.

Bug Fix: Problem with data export fixed

Some users have reported problems while trying to export their data over the past few days.
