Online Surveys FAQ: Welcome to our Survey

Question:
Hey guys, how do I change the “Welcome to our Survey” message at the top of my survey?

Answer:
When you first start creating an online survey with GroupSurveys, you will see the following message “Welcome to our survey” at the top of your survey.

As with most things in GroupSurveys, you can edit this message to whatever you’d like.

1. Click on the “Language” tab

2. Click “Edit this Language Pack” checkbox

Note: Here you can also choose a different language for your survey. We have over 20 languages to choose from.

3. Click on “Survey Messages”

Here you will see a list of all the messages you can change, including “Welcome to our survey”.

    We are having a problem with our survey in that some of the people that need to respond have the same computer and therefore IP address. When the second person wants to copmplete the survey it tells them that they have already completed the survey. How do e resolve this?

    It is now possible to allow multiple responses to a survey. You will see the option “Allow Multiple Responses” in the Settings screen for your survey.
