Thanks for including the option I asked for (before I asked :-) ). I can understand how some people prefer not having it. However, the surveys now look rather bald as if they're just starting in the middle. There's no sense of entry or importance. If you have to do away with the entry page, could we at least have the option of inserting an introductory paragraph before the first question?
