Hey Alison,

Once you've created the template that you require i.e. Headers/Footers, welcome message etc. you can save this template and then use in all future surveys.

This tutorial should help get started: http://blog.group-surveys.com/?p=46

If you need any help with this, please get in touch with us at support@group-surveys.com.

Thanks!

Ok, I found the tutorial retarding the Language tab. Thanks for including the option I asked for (before I asked :-) ). Now, I just have to go back through the process of getting approved language for the beginning and ending messages since I have no apparent way to retrieve what was there before. :-(

I'm not happy about the removal of the extra welcome page. I can understand how some people prefer not having it. However, the surveys now look rather bald as if they're just starting in the middle. There's no sense of entry or importance.

If you have to do away with the entry page, could we at least have the option of inserting an introductory paragraph before the first question? (And I don't mean the generic, impersonal "welcome to our survey".)
