New Feature: Client Access!

Thursday, April 27th, 2006

We have a new feature for your GroupSurveys account today. We have added a client management section, which allows you to create a login for a client or colleague, and give them access to your survey reports. This feature has been requested by quite a few customers, so we hope you will find it useful.

 Main Features:

  • Create logins and password for your clients
  • Select individual access rights for each client, and choose which surveys you want them to see
  • Allow clients to access a complete folder or just individual surveys
  • Customise your reports with one of your survey templates!
  • Choose different templates for different clients

If you come across any errors or mistakes with this, please let me know so we can fix them. Here is the support article relating to this update, please read this for more information on how to set up a client.

New Feature: Edit Questions Page Updated

Wednesday, April 12th, 2006

We have had a number of suggestions from users relating to our ‘Edit Questions’ page, and its general ‘slowness!’, when trying to create a large survey. We have created a more dynamic page now, that should help you to enter and edit questionsmore quickly. We will be fine tuning this over the next few days, if you experience any problems with this, please let us know.

Regards,
David.

New Feature: Print Respondent

Thursday, April 6th, 2006

Now when you view a respondent report, there is an option to generate a printable version of the report. You will see it on the top right on the ‘view respondent’ report. Please let us know if you experience any problems with this.

New Feature: View Respondents Page Report

Tuesday, April 4th, 2006

Just a quick note to tell you that we are experimenting with some new user interface ideas in the lab here in Infacta. We have made a change to the ‘View Respondents’ page. When you view a respondent, the report should now load directly on the page. If you experience any problems with this, please let us know. We hope to add more and more features like this to make you experience with GroupSurveys an easier one.

Cheers,
David.
